Only the Finest Quality

At Island Inflatables, we only use the heaviest grade of PVC material which is 1100 D-teck denier with 0.9mm thickness. In addition to this, we use “High Frequency Thermo Welding” (HFTW) technology on all the seams of the boat to combat Australia’s harsh weather conditions. With such high durability, you can rest assured that your boat will never tear apart due to extreme heat.

When it comes to features on the 3.3m Island Inflatables boat, everything has been chosen to improve your boating experience. For instance, as all our tubes are oversized, you will have an extremely comfortable, steady and drier boating experience. Plus, you’ll find that our boats are extremely resilient since they all have transoms built with marine ply, epoxy coating and rubber sealing on top. Internal and external outboard mounting plates offer extra stability, and a one-way bung helps you remove any excess water under the floor of the boat while travelling over water.

Did you know that the tow rings at the front of the boat are the best indicators of quality? As Island Inflatables boats use large heavy-duty stainless-steel tow rings mounted on a large mounting patch, you know that you’re getting the best-quality inflatable boat there is.

Additionally, Island Inflatables pays close attention to wear and tear on our boats, which is why we only use non-marking rubbing and wear strips around the side and under the keel. Thanks to this, your boat will be resistant to rub marks and similar damage.

Finally, like all Island Inflatables boats, the 3.3m Island Inflatables boat comes fitted with an over-inflation valve to help with hotter days and increased air pressure.

Ease of Operation

An inflatable boat should be functional and easy to use. For this purpose, we have moved the grab or safety rope to the side of the tube rather than the top. This moves the rope out of your way, allowing you to sit comfortably on your trip while still ensuring it can be used as needed.

Similarly, as part of our clever design, we moved our internal rear carry handles from the outside of the rear tubes to the inside, making it much easier for a single person to carry the boat.

Additionally, we always apply a second layer of PVC material on the underside of each big tube. This adds an extra layer of protection from any rocks and shells that could scrape your boat as you drag or launch it off the beach.

Classy Colours

We want our boats to complement your yacht or cruiser. This is why we put a lot of thought into selecting the colour schemes for our boats. As our 3.3m–4.3m models are usually used as day boats, we opted for a light grey colour which is great for hiding dirty marks. An added bonus is that the colour isn’t dark enough to entirely absorb the sun’s heat. This way, you’ll be able to sit comfortably without your seat overheating.
