Premium Engineering: German Valmex PVC & Fused Seams

Unlike cheap, imported glued inflatables that break down, bubble, and peel apart under the intense Australian sun, the ICAT400 is manufactured using commercial-grade 1100-denier, 0.9mm Valmex PVC directly from Germany.

Every single seam is molecularly fused using High-Frequency Thermo-Welding (HFTW). This advanced manufacturing technique creates a permanent, airtight bond completely impervious to heat, UV rays, and heavy operational stress, allowing you to venture far offshore with total confidence.
