Island Inflatables Boat IA290 2.9m Air-Deck

The Island Inflatables IA290 2.9m Air-Deck is our largest and most popular tender in the Island Inflatables range. The ideal size for a tender for larger (9m) cruisers and yachts, this model comes with two seats. The black-and-white colour scheme is carefully designed to match your yacht and cruiser too!

Plus, being inflatable, this boat has some extra special perks! For instance, it’s incredibly portable, and comes with its own travel bag. You can easily pack it in your car and get it out when you want to. This awesome portability means you can also get this boat delivered right to your door in time for your next trip.

However, unlike other inflatable boats, you won’t have to tailor your trip to be gentle on this boat. We know that your tender boat needs to be a workhorse and that’s the way we’ve designed and manufactured the IA290. Constructed from durable 0.9mm thick 1100 D-teck denier PVC and with High-Frequency Thermo Welded (HFTW) seams, the IA290 can withstand rain or shine and years of use.

The smallest and lightest motor in our range — at only 17kg — the Parsun’s 2.6HP has pretty neat features. It comes with forward and neutral gears, as well as a one-handed twist-grip throttle and steering control for straightforward manoeuvring. In addition, its built-in 1.2L fuel tank comes with a water-cooling capability and produces ultra-low emissions.

Parsun’s 4HP option is a compact and lightweight model, weighing 24kg. This outboard motor has everything you need for a smooth ride. With forward, neutral and reverse gears, and a one-handed twist-grip throttle plus steering control, driving your boat will be a breeze. In addition, with a built-in 1.3L fuel tank and an external tank option, you can stay out on the water all day. Plus, a water-cooling feature and ultra-low emissions keeps your boat environmentally friendly and running easily.

Noted: The 4hp motor has the same specs as the 5hp just detuned for lower HP output.

The Parsun’s 5HP is another light and compact motor, weighing 24kg, like its 4HP counterpart. Likewise, this motor has every feature you need: forward, neutral and reverse gears, one-handed twist-grip throttle and steering control for easy driving. It also has the 1.3L in-built fuel tank and an optional external tank so you can have fun in the water for longer. Plus, the water cooling feature ensures cool-down efficiency. You’ll find our 5HP outboard is a powerful lightweight motor, but still produces only ultra-low emissions.
